I am currently creating a list of 32 different protocols that I'm trying or that I'm using or that I want to educate you on. I've done some of them already. I’m working on putting all of this on a list with links so subscribers can go right to the article or source to get the information. The plan is to create a recording or article around each subject. Currently, Substack subscribers can get the partial list by clicking the link they will see on Substack.
For now, let’s talk about what I have tried so far …
The big one I want to talk about is oxygen therapy. I'm doing oxygen therapy. Cancer cannot thrive or survive in a highly oxygenated environment. My oxygen level has been at 92 for at least the past 10 years. At the beginning of COVID they were putting people in the hospital and hooking them up to oxygen when they were at a blood level oxygen level of 92. Then the next thing you know they were intubated and then many didn’t survive likely because of other diseases that compromised their bodies. So, one of the things that I'm doing is working on oxygenating my body.
Also, cancer does very well in a cool environment, so when your body temperature is low the cancer thrives. It does not do well when you've got heat. One of the three telltale signs that I was a candidate for cancer to begin with was I've always had low body temperature. My body temperature is normally 97.6 degrees. So, at 99 degrees, that is a low-grade fever for me. You need that heat to help you heal.
I’ve also been looking into alternative care facilities. I was accepted into the program in Tijuana, Mexico with Dr. Anthony Jimenez. He's excellent. He's got a book called Hope for Cancer. I have talked about him in the past. I was officially accepted into his program. The only problem is I need approximately $50,000 to $60,000 in order to go. That’s a bit cost prohibitive.
One of the things I want to talk about is building community. It's what I've been talking about since day one. I do not know where I would be without my community here the past few months. My community has been awesome. I've got friends that help clean my house. Nothing upsets them! I had some pretty gross experiences detoxing and nothing! They just, I don't know, they block out the grossness and just get in there and do what must be done. That's community. Remember, as humans, we are here to be in service to one another and what happened to me could very well happen to you. You're going to want that community around you. I promise you, when the poop hits the fan and the shoe is suddenly on the other foot, you will be very appreciative to have that connection. Build your community. Take care of each other. Believe me, it's the most satisfying thing that you can do. Unity in community equals immunity.
Diet … another huge one. You're not going to change or heal unless you change your diet. You've got to get to the root cause of why you've gotten the illness that you've gotten and correct that. And then the body will be able to take care of itself.
Distilling water. I do that and I've talked about it. There is a recording and a printed copy with photos on Substack for distilling water. It’s called Water, Water Everywhere and Not a Drop to Drink. It’s for paid members, so be sure to subscribe and listen to this great recording.
I am using earthing mats and sheets. Then there's earthing shoes. I also want to talk about that eventually. I have a pair of earthing shoes.
Grounding is excellent, very similar to earthing, but you're outside on the ground, bare foot, with as much of your skin exposed to the soil, to the ground, to the grass as possible. I try to do that a few times per week.
Iodine, the importance of iodine. I think I've talked about it a bit. There is an article on my Substack page talking about the importance of having proper amounts of Iodine in your body.
I do have a vibration plate, and I get on that when I can. It doesn't require a lot of energy. It’s a lot of bouncing and jostling to keep that lymph flowing. That's my big concern. I do not want to get blocked up.
Along with all the treatments I'm trying out, I’m taking these herbs, from the garden, plant-based, fresh remedies every day and it's kind of like drinking my chemo … but it's not chemo, its plant based. It goes in and attacks the cancer cells.
In closing, I want to remind you that cancer isn't a death sentence. It's a wakeup call. And ignorance is a choice. We always want to remain in truth and hope. And let's do it through nature.
Nature's the answer.
