Cricket is a game, Not a food source

You better know where your food is coming from unless you are OK with eating food ingredients that you are not aware of.  Food ingredients that are lurking in the foods you are eating and not being disclosed is not OK.  At one time not too long ago, it was illegal.  What happened?

Have you heard about cricket flour?  You OK with that?  I’m not.  You better get close with your local farmers.  Support them.  Help them.

Stop planning on how much money you need to make in order to afford that new car or your next family vacation.  Stop being a slave to stuff.  Start thinking of where your next meal is coming from instead.

You need a person at home preparing your meals and caring for your family.  That is rare these days.  Rethinking your priorities has payoffs that are much bigger than you can ever imagine.

Listen to this farmer in a short clip of what’s being sold in supermarkets today…  and I don’t even want to think about what’s in restaurant food, especially cheap fast food.  I’ll report on that in upcoming posts.  For now, watch this and share it.
